pre-arrival Information

What To Bring

The following is a helpful list to assist your packing before you arrive at our cabins. 

Things WE DO NOT PROVIDE:


  • Linen - Each cabin has a mattress cover and pillows on the beds, but guests do need to bring sheet sets and blankets/comforters. 
  • Pillows & Linen for Futons - Guests are responsible for bringing pillows, sheets and blankets for the futons in the cabin. 
  • Towels - Guests are responsible for bringing bath towels, wash clothes and beach towels. 
  • Grilling Supplies - Guests are responsible for brining charcoal, lighter fluid, grilling utensils ,etc. 
  • Cooking Supplies - Guests are responsible for bringing cooking seasonings, oil, paper towels, etc. 
  • Drinking Water - Our properties have well water so we recommend you bring water bottles if you prefer that. 


Items Provided in Cabins

The following list are items our resort provides guests during the stay with us. 


  • Mattress Protectors - Each bed has a mattress cover. 
  • Pillows - Each cabin has 2 Pillows on each bed ( we do not provide items for the futon). 
  • Toilet Paper - We provide a few rolls in each cabin. If you need more during your stay you can visit our office during office hours and we are happy to supply more. 
  • Bathroom Hand Soap - We provide hand soap in the restroom. 
  • Dish Soap - We provide dish soap in any cabin that has a kitchenette. 
  • Garbage Bags - We provide 2 trash bags in the cabin. If you need more during your stay you can visit our office during office hours and we are happy to supply more. 
  • Kitchen Utensils - We provide basic plates, cups, cutlery, pots & pans for cabins that have a kitchen. 
  • Charcoal Grills - Every cabins has a charcoal grill outside. 
  • Coffee Pot, Microwave and Fridge - Every cabin has at minimum a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge. Each cabin is a little different in size and offerings. Feel free to call for more details on what is in each specific cabin. 
  • Roku TV - All of our cabins have at least 1 Roku Tv for guests to enjoy their streaming services. 
  • WIFI - We have WIFI throughout the resort. 


Check-In Details

Check in time is 3:00 pm (EST) . Check out time is 11:00 am (EST). 


Early check in is available upon room availability for a fee of $30. Late check out till 1:00 can be granted for a fee of $30, based on availability. 


Check in at the office is from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. If you are planning to arrive outside the check-in time please call or email our team to coordinate in advance. 

Running a holiday sale or weekly special? Definitely promote it here to get customers excited about getting a sweet deal.

Office/Store Hours

Our office and Charlenes General Store is open from 10am - 7pm EST daily ( Memorial Day - Labor Day). 


 We have JJs Pizza available togo and our store sells ice, firewood, fishing items, snacks, pop, ice cream, candy, charcoal, grill items, toiletries, and other convenient store items. 

 

Come check us out to see what we have to offer and to avoid a trip to town. 

Deposit & Cancellation

To reserve a cabin, we require a $100.00 non refundable deposit. This is needed at time of booking the reservation. 


Cancellations made to reservations prior to 14 Days before check-in will be charged the $100 deposit that was made as the cancel fee.  Cancellations or changes made to reservations less than 14 days to check-in, or no-shows are subject to 100% charge of the stay. Your damage deposit will be authorized, and any charges still owed will be processed at this time. If you need to make a cancellation but do not want to lose your deposit, we are happy to offer it to you as a "credit" toward another stay and will be happy to book other dates for you in that same year. No refund for early check-out or due to weather, or any other reason.
